Plans are before town committees to build an industrial park in Plainville.
Edgewood Development has presented plans to build the site off Route 1A near Cross Street at the former site of Northeast Concrete Products.
The Redevelopment Authority has begun it's look at the downtown area. While no concrete plans are in place - minds are working to remedy the condition.
Holiday Inn coming to Plainville. Construction has begun.
Edgewood Development has submitted plans to the town to build close to 164 units in Cowboy Town. 25% of that project would be affordable housing.
South Liquor Mart (Route 1A) is developing some of their land.
The current building will be demolished and rebuilt. They have received Planning Board Approval.
Now open.
